development of intellectual and creative abilities of children; increasing the cognitive interest and updating the knowledge of schoolchildren.

Competitors
The participants of the competition are students of the 1st grade. One student per class is invited from the school. Requirements for participants: good reading, erudite students, book lovers.

Order of conduct
The competition consists of three rounds: "Fast" round, "Smart" round, "Bold" round.

The “quick” round consists of 30 development questions. Erudition assignments not tied to academic subjects. The principle of construction: six blocks of 5 tasks each. Each block represents tasks of a certain format: matching pairs of words, choosing one of the provided definitions, and so on.
The “smart” round consists of 9 competency-based questions. Among them are three simple activity tasks presented in an unconventional form; three tasks of increased difficulty, orienting the participants to self-determination of the problem; three tasks with a large condition, requiring the participant to be very attentive, the ability to analyze information, draw conclusions.
The “daring” round contains three challenges. Each problem is described by text, picture or diagram. The participant is required to study the proposed information on the problem and answer the questions given. Since the subjects of these problems are completely unfamiliar to the guys, it takes courage to participate in this round. The round is designed for the most courageous students who are ready to test their skills and thinking in areas unknown to them.

Tasks for all rounds of the competition are completed by each student individually according to the materials received from the organizing committee. The countdown begins after the briefing and signing of the work.
